RESOLUTION NO. 2018-118
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
WATERLOO WATER WORKS FOR WATER MAIN
REPLACEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2018
UNIVERSITY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PHASE I -
GREENHILL ROAD TO EVERGREEN AVENUE, CONTRACT
NO. 933, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the agreement dated February 26, 2017 between the Waterloo Water Works and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, allowing the city to process payments to the contractor for water main and street
construction and then requiring the Waterloo Water Works to reimburse the City for water main
expenses, in conjunction with FY 2018 University Avenue Reconstruction Phase I - Greenhill
Road to Evergreen Avenue, Contract No. 933, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February 2018.
