RESOLUTION RESETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2016
SIDEWALK INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE
5, AS SEPTEMBER 14, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 14th day of
September, 2015, for the purpose of holding a public hearing in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 Sidewalk Inspection and Repair
Program - Zone 5, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of
bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2015 .
