RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
-HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY2016 UPPER GATES
PLAYGROUND PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO
AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON
SEPTEMBER 24, 2015, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2015,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the FY2016 Upper Gates Playground Project, in
the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on
September 24, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2015 .
