RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SCOPE OF SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH IMPACT 7G FOR UP TO $18, 000
FOR CONTINUED ENVIRONMENTAL WORK AT THE SITE
LOCATED JUST WEST OF MANATT' S CONCRETE, FOR
FUTURE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Scope of Services Agreement with Impact 7G for continued
environmental work at the site located just west of Manatt' s
Concrete, for future redevelopment of the site, for up to
$18, 000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th d of August, 2015 .
