The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session in the Council
Chambers in City Hall at 4:30 P.M., on November 7, 1979, pursuant to the follow-
ing call:
TO CITY COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, will be held at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa at 4:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 7, 1979, and that
said Special Meeting is being called for the purpose of authorizing the sale
of $10,250,000 Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 1979 (St. Francis Hospital
Project).
You are further notified that no other business except the above will be trans-
mitted at said Meeting.

Due, timely and legal service of the above notice is hereby accepted this 5th
day of November, 1979, by me, a duly elected, qualified and acting Councilman
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

77433 - Moved by Roehr, seconded by Wilharm that the Copies of the Call for the
Special Meeting of November 7, 1979 at 4:30 P.M., be received and placed
on file. Motion carried.
77434 - Moved by Wilharm, seconded by Dowie that "Resolution authorizing the
sale of Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 1979 (St. Francis Hos-
pital Project)", be adopted. Ayes: Five. Absent: Penaluna, Getty.
Resolution adopted and upon approval by Mayor, assigned No. 26631.
77435 - W. Louis Beecher, Attorney representing St. Francis Hospital, thanked
the City Council for holding this special meeting, for it saved them
from paying ,% more interest.
77436 - Moved by Roehr, seconded by Bowers that the Council adjourn. Motion
carried.
