RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FROM TOTER INC.
FOR THE PURCHASE OF NESTABLE TWO-WHEEL
GARBAGE CARTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $73, 631 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid of Toter, Inc. in the amount of $73, 631 . 00, in
conjunction with the purchase of nestable two-wheel garbage
carts, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project, after public hearing on July 27, 2015
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the apparent lowest bid for said project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 2015 .
