RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM FOR PRELIMINARY
ENGINEERING AND DESIGN FOR AN ESTIMATED TOTAL
COST OF $78, 600 . 00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
MIDPORT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT, PHASE
III .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement between AECOM and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa for preliminary engineering and design in
conjunction with the Midport Boulevard Extension Project, Phase
III, for an estimated total cost of $78, 600 . 00, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 2015 .
