RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO
APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF SEWER EQUIPMENT
INCLUDING TRUCKS, JETVAC TRUCKS, JETTER WITH
CAMERA IN THE AMOUNT OF $2, 125, 915 . 18 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the purchase order dated August 3, 2015, to allow for the
exception of the purchasing procedures to approve the purchase of
sewer equipment including trucks, jetvac trucks, and a fetter
with camera in the amount of $2, 125, 915 . 18 without taking bids,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 2015 .
