RESOLUTION NO. 2015-512
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR 619
FRANKLIN STREET, THE FORMER AMERICAN LEGION
BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to Prepare proposed plans, specifications,
and form of contract, in conjunction with Asbestos Abatement
Services for property located at 619 Franklin Street, also known
as the former American Legion Building, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said plans, specifications, and form of contract, in
conjunction with Asbestos Abatement Services for 619 Franklin
Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, and
form of contract, in conjunction with Asbestos Abatement Services
for the property located at 619 Franklin Street, also known as
the former American legion Building, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
