RESOLUTION NO. 2015-517
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY-2015
FAA PROJECT FOR THE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION TO
TAXIWAY ALPHA (EAST) , AND TO PERFORM CRACK-SEALING
SERVICES TO THE CENTER SECTION OF RUNWAY 12-30 AT
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Aviation Director of said City to
Prepare proposed specifications and bid documents, in conjunction
with the FY-2015 FAA Project for the Pavement Rehabilitation to
Taxiway Alpha (East) , and to perform crack-sealing services to
the center section of runway 12-30 at Waterloo Regional Airport,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Aviation Director did file said specifications
and bid documents, in conjunction with the FY-2015 FAA Project
for the Pavement Rehabilitation to Taxiway Alpha (East) , and to
perform crack-sealing services to the center section of runway
12-30 at Waterloo Regional Airport .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications and bid documents, in
conjunction with the FY-2015 FAA Project for the Pavement
Rehabilitation to Taxiway Alpha (East) , and to perform crack-
sealing services to the center section of runway 12-30 at
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
