RESOLUTION NO. 2015-518
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE FY-2015
FAA PROJECT FOR THE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION TO
TAXIWAY ALPHA (EAST) , AND TO PERFORM CRACK-SEALING
SERVICES TO THE CENTER SECTION OF RUNWAY 12-30 AT
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-517, specifications and bid
documents, etc. in conjunction with the FY-2015 FAA Project for
the Pavement Rehabilitation to Taxiway Alpha (East) , and to
Perform CRACK-SEALING Services to the Center Section of Runway
12-30 at Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this Council after the
hearing prescribed by statute.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on
motion by this Council that the said authorization to proceed
with the FY-2015 FAA Project for the Pavement Rehabilitation to
Taxiway Alpha (East) , and to Perform crack-sealing services to
the center section of runway 12-30 at Waterloo Regional Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
