RESOLUTION NO. 2015-519
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO BLACK HAWK COUNTY
EXTENSION AND OUTREACH FOR THE FIRING OF PELLET
GUNS AT AN ORGANIZED EVENT ON JULY 25, 2015 AT
3 : 30 P.M. AT THE NATIONAL CATTLE CONGRESS GROUNDS
LOCATED AT 257 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the variance to Black Hawk County Extension and
Outreach for the firing of pellet guns at an organized event, on
July 25, 2015 at 3 : 30 p.m. at the National Cattle Congress
grounds located at 257 Ansborough Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
