RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF ONE S30 TENNANT SWEEPER FOR
THE ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING IN WATERLOO IN THE
AMOUNT OF $48, 146. 00 WITHOUT TAKING OF BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that an exception to the City of Waterloo purchasing
procedures to approve the purchase of one S30 Tennant sweeper for
the enforcement of parking in the City of Waterloo, for an amount
of $48, 146. 00 without taking bids, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
