RESOLUTION NO. 2015-525
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WATERLOO COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS & U. S . EQUAL
OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Equal Employment Opportunity Resolution Contract
Agreement dated June 29, 2015 between the U. S. Equal Opportunity
Commission and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the satisfactory
intake and resolution of complaints whose allegations fall within
the prohibitions of Iowa Code 216. 6, 216 . 7, 216. 9, 216. 10 and
216. 11, for Federal Fiscal Year 2015 (October 1, 2014 through
September 30, 2015) , in the amount of $46, 900 . 00 is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to sign the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
