Sealed proposals will be received by the Printer's Bill $24.00
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at
her office in the City Hall of the said City
on the 8th day of March,2018 until 1:00
pm for the 5th and 6th Streets Systemic
Traffic Safety Improvements,for the City
of Waterloo,Iowa,as described in detail
in the specifications now on file in the
office of the Street Department.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall, 715 Mulberry St., in the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,on the 8th day of March,
2018,at 1:00pm(Central Time).
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications and estimate
of cost for the 5th and 6th Streets
Systemic Traffic Safety Improvements,at
5:30 pm on March 12,2018,said hearing 1 i

Chambers in City Hall in said City. The
proposed specifications and estimate of Signed
