RESOLUTION NO. 2015-527
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF GENERAL,
CYBER, AND AUTO LIABILITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC
OFFICIALS, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS, AND UMBRELLA
INSURANCE FOR A TOTAL PREMIUM OF $940, 062 . 00, WITH
TRAVELERS INSURANCE TOGETHER WITH RECOMMENDATION
OF INSURANCE COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of general, cyber, and auto liability, law
enforcement, public officials, errors and omissions, and umbrella
insurance agreement, dated June 29, 2015 between Travelers
Insurance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide general,
cyber, and auto liability, law enforcement, public officials,
errors and omissions, and umbrella insurance coverage, for a
total premium of $940, 062 . 00 per year, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2015 .
