RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$65, 000 . 00 FOR ENGINEERIND AND CONSTRUCTION
RELATED SERVICES FOR UPGRADE INSTRUMENTATION AND
CONTROL SYSTEM AT THE WPCF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and City of Waterloo, Iowa, for
engineering and construction related services for upgrade
instrumentation and control system at the WPCF, in an amount not
to exceed $65, 000 . 00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2015 .
