RESOLUTION NO. 2015-663
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated August 24, 2015 between
Bertha Johnson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa for the sale and
conveyance of City-owned land located at 528 Fowler Street for a
bid of $5, 000, for the rehabilitation of said property is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2015 .
