RESOLUTION NO. 2015-666
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIFTH TOLLING AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
JUSTICE, ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES
DIVISION, EXTENDING DATE TO APRIL 1, 2016,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Fifth Tolling Agreement dated August 24, 2015 between
the United States Department of Justice Environment and Natural
Resources Division and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction
with the City' s sanitary sewer system and wastewater treatment
plant, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said tolling agreement on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2015 .
