RESOLUTION NO. 2015-672
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH BECKER-
CHAPMAN POST NO. 138 OF THE AMERICAN LEGION
APPROVED ON APRIL 6, 2015 TO AUTHORIZE A
$50, 000 INCENTIVE PAYMENT WITH THE REMAINING
INCENTIVE OF UP TO $50, 000 TO BE PAID UPON
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment to the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated August
24, 2015, between Becker-Chapman Post No. 138 of the American
Legion, originally approved on April 6, 2015 to authorize a
$50, 000 incentive payment with the remain incentive of up to
$50, 000 to be paid upon substantial completion of the project is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2015 .
