You are hereby notified that a Special Session of the City Council will be held
immediately after the council work session on Thursday, February 23, 2012, in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 715 Mulberry Street, approving a Resolution rescinding Resolution No.
2012-179; and approve a resolution resetting date of hearing for the FYE2013 Budget as March
7, 2012 at 8:15 a.m.; and instruct City Clerk to publish notice—Submitted by Michelle Weidner,
Chief Financial Officer. No other official business will be conducted at said meeting.
