RESOLUTION NO. 2015-610
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY LARSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INC. , OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF
$3, 665, 297 . 13, FOR THE F. Y. 2014 BLOWERS
CREEK STORM WATER LIFT STATION AND DRY RUN
CREEK IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 842 AND
RECEIVE AND FILE TWO (2) YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, Larson Construction Company, Inc. of Independence,
Iowa, performed work for the FY 2014 Blowers Creek Storm Water
Lift Station and Dry Run Creek Improvements, Contract No. 842,
and
WHEREAS, Larson Construction Company, Inc. , has completed
the aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans
and specifications .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the completion of project and acceptance of work performed
by Larson Construction Company, Inc. , of Independence, Iowa, on
the FY 2014 Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift Station and Dry Run
Creek Improvements, Contract No. 842 is hereby accepted and the
two year maintenance bond is hereby received and placed on file.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2015 .
