RESOLUTION NO. 2015-609
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REINVESTMENT
DISTRICT CONTRACT WITH THE IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE TECHWORKS
CAMPUS REINVESTMENT DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Reinvestment District Contract between the Iowa Economic
Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, for the Techworks
Campus Reinvestment District, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2015 .
