RESOLUTION NO. 2015-605
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH ASPRO, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR A PROJECT TO REHABILITATE
THE PAVEMENT ON TAXIWAY ALPHA (EAST) AND TO
PERFORM CRACK SEALING ON RUNWAY 12-30 AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$861, 208 . 50, AND TO DIRECT THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE AGREEMENTS WHERE INDICATED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contracts, bonds, and certificates insurance, between
ASPRO, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in
conjunction with the rehabilitation of the pavement on Taxiway
Alpha (East) and to perform crack sealing on runway 12-30 at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the amount of $861, 208 . 50 is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Waterloo.
