RESOLUTION NO. 2015-604
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE
OF FAA GRANT NO: 3-19-0094-0044-2015 FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY ALPHA (EAST) , AND
FOR THE CRACK-SEAL OF RUNWAY 12-30 AT
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$958, 739 . 00, AND DIRECT THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
FAA GRANT DOCUMENTS WHERE INDICATED, AND
DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO SIGN THE DOCUMENT
AS ATTORNEY OF THE AIRPORT SPONSOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FAA Grant No: 3-19-0094-0044-2015 for the Rehabilitation
of Taxiway Alpha (East) and for the Crack-Seal of Runway 12-30 at
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the amount of $958, 739 . 00, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document and the City Attorney is authorized and
directed to execute said document as the Attorney for the Airport
Sponsor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2015 .
