RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO
APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF HOLMATRO VEHICLE
RESCUE EQUIPMENT FROM SANDRY FIRE SUPPLY IN
THF AMOUNT OF $29, 484 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the purchase order dated July 27, 2015, to allow for the
exception to the purchasing procedures to approve the purchase of
Holmatro Vehicle Rescue Equipment from Sandry Fire Supply in the
amount of $29, 484 . 00, without taking bids, is hereby approved.
