RESOLUTION NO. 2015-600
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO-WHEEL
GARBAGE CARTS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-599, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of two-
wheel garbage carts, for the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
July 27, 2015, as prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2015 .
