RESOLUTION NO. 2015-597
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 AND DATE OF BID OPENING AS
SEPTEMBER 3, 2015 FOR THE 2016 TYPE 1 AMBULANCE
WITH A 172" MOLDULAR, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of September 2015 for
the purpose of holding a public hearing for the 2016 Type 1
Ambulance with 172" Modular, with the bid opening being September
3, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2015 .
