Item 105 — The entrance door to the maintenance shop office area is of original construction and is in poor
condition and in need of replacement. The door, door hardware, threshold, and weather stripping will be
replaced. The door, frame and wall will be painted upon installation. Work will be completed at a time and
materials cost not to exceed for this item.
