RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300.00 FROM PRIME MART #7, 1309
LAFAYETTE STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION-FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300.00, dated March 12, 2018, for
the affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation-first offense, between Mart #7, 1309
Lafayette Street, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
