RESOLUTION NO. 2018-150
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 5, 2018 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 9, 2018, FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER
FOR THE ARTS 2018 RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction with
the Waterloo Center for the Arts 2018 Restroom Renovation Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts
2018 Restroom Renovation Project, be scheduled for April 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 91h day of April 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the Waterloo Center for the Arts 2018 Restroom
Renovation Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
