RESOLUTION NO. 2018-153
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2019
AUTOMATED SIDE-LOAD GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 automated side-load garbage truck, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2019 automated side-load garbage
truck, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 12, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of
one (1) 2019 automated side-load garbage truck, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
