RESOLUTION NO. 2018-155
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO CEDAR
RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $235,147, INCLUDING FIVE YEAR
WARRANTY AND TRIPLE PUMP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid, of Cedar Rapids Truck Center, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the amount of
$235,147, including five year warranty and Triple Pump, in conjunction with the purchase of one
(1) 2019 automated side-load garbage truck, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council with Resolution No. 2018-153, after public hearing on March 12, 2018 on published
notice required by law, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
