RESOLUTION NO. 2018-156
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 5TH AND
6TH STREETS SYSTEMIC TRAFFIC SAFETY
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 5th and 6th Streets Systemic Traffic
Safety Improvements, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 5th and 6th Streets Systemic Traffic
Safety Improvements, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 12, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with 5th and 6th Streets Systemic Traffic Safety Improvements, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 112th day of March 2018.
