RESOLUTION NO. 2018-160
RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENTS WITH CASEY'S MARKETING COMPANY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,246.36, PEBBLE HILL, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,348.80, LARRY JONES AND RICHARD D. FLYNN IN THE
AMOUNT OF $0.00 (DONATED), AND ROBERT P. DENNY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $0.00 (DONATED), IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PHASE I PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement pertains to the University Avenue
reconstruction Phase I project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept certain temporary easements in
conjunction with the University Avenue reconstruction Phase I project, from Casey's Marketing
Company in the amount of$1,246.36, Pebble Hill, LLC in the amount of$1,348.80, Larry Jones
and Richard D. Flynn in the amount of$0.00 (donated), and Robert P. Denny in the amount of
$0.00 (donated).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH ECITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreements by and between Casey's
Marketing Company in the amount of$1,246.36, Pebble Hill, LLC in the amount of$1,348.80,
Larry Jones and Richard D. Flynn in the amount of$0.00 (donated), and Robert P. Denny in the
amount of$0.00 (donated), and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
