RESOLUTION NO. 2018-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $869,800, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE I (GREENHILL ROAD TO
EVERGREEN AVENUE), CONTRACT NO. 933, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated March 12, 2018, between
AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$869,800, in conjunction with the FY 2018 University Avenue Reconstruction - Phase I
(Greenhill Road to Evergreen Avenue), Contract No. 933, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2018.
