Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Jordan, Krizek, Murphy,
Anders, Collier, Mollenhoff.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Jordan that the Agenda, as proposed,
be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
The Mayor reviewed with the council the pay increases for
Department Heads. The Mayor has created a rating evaluation that
looks at reaction with other staff, the council, mayor and outside
agency and appearances. Mayor Rooff asked that the council review
the evaluations.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty,
seconded by Mollenhoff that the meeting be adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.

COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Jordan, Krizek, Anders,
Collier, Mollenhoff.
Members absent: Murphy.
Moved By Jordan, seconded by Mollenhoff that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion
carried.
The Mayor and City Council reviewed their Goals and Objective.
Councilpersons need to meet with city staff to finish the
development of strategies.
Councilperson Mollenhoff suggested that all council members attend
all of the committee meetings that take placed on Monday
afternoon/evening. Councilperson Anders suggested that the Mayor
meet with council at least once month to update them on their
goals.
Another meeting will be scheduled in approximately three weeks to
further discuss the council and mayor's goals and objectives.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty,
seconded by Mollenhoff that the meeting be adjourned at 6:05 p.m..
Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried
