Council Chambers
Present: Mayor Rooff and City Clerk Nancy Eckert.
Mayor Rooff stated that there was not a quorum of the council and
that all items on the July 28, 1997 council agenda would be
forwarded to the August 4, 1997 council agenda.
Mayor Rooff read the items that were on the agenda for the
cableviewing audience.
