Members present: Getty, Anders, Jordan, Murphy, Mollenhoff, Krizek.
Members absent: Collier.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Mollenhoff to approve the agenda as proposed. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Collier. Motion carried.
Mayor Pro Tem Getty updated the council on the activities related to storm management.
The Parks and Streets employees are working overtime to clear the streets of fallen trees
or limbs. The Forestry Department has been working twelve hour shifts. Sanitation will
be using rear packers to collect limbs from curbside this week. Limbs are being dumped
at a site located at Straub Field. It will be closed after Wednesday. There is a meeting
scheduled this week with Tim Shea, Paul Huting, Eric Thorson and Jamie Knutson on
preparation for any flooding problems which could occur.
With no further discussion, it was moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Krizek to adjourn
the meeting at 6:50 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Collier. Motion carried.
