RESOLUTION NO. 2018-169
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 5, 2018
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 9, 2018, FOR
THE FY 2018 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT 944, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2018 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract 944, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2018 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract 944, be scheduled for April 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th day of April 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2018 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract 944.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
