AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2007 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BY
REPEALING SECTION 3, SHOOTING GALLERIES, OF
CHAPTER 3, AMUSEMENTS, OF TITLE 3, BUSINESS
AND LICENSE REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 3, Shooting Galleries, of Chapter 3,
Amusements, of Title 3, Business and License Regulations, of the
2007 Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, is hereby
deleted in its entirety.
