RESOLUTION NO. 2018-178
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 5, 2018 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 9, 2018, FOR FY 2018 LIFT
STATIONS MOWING, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2018 Lift Stations Mowing, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2018 Lift Stations Mowing,
be scheduled for April 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th day of April 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2018 Lift Stations Mowing.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March 2018.
