APPROVIN PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF ONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING DATE OF BID
OPENING S APRIL 26, 2018 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AA S APRIL 30, 2018, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REPLACEMENT OF PARKING LOT EQUIPMENT AND THE
INSTALLATION OF A PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE
CONTROL SYSTEM (PARCS), AND RELATED PARKING
LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, ND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction
with the replacement of p king lot equipment and the installation of a Parking Access and
Revenue Control System PARCS), and related parking lot improvements at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, be approved.
Section 2. That th bid opening in conjunction with the replacement of parking lot
equipment and the installati n of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS), and
related parking lot improve ents at the Waterloo Regional Airport, be scheduled for April 26,
2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th day of April 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the replacement of parking lot equipment and the
installation of a Parking Ac ess and Revenue Control System (PARCS), and related parking lot
improvements at the Waterloo Regional Airport.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March 2018.
