RESOLUTION NO. 2018-182
RESOLUTIO APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 12, 2018 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 16, 2018, FOR THE
RIDGEWAY TOWERS PTAC (PACKAGED TERMINAL AIR
CONDITION R) PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLIS SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That th preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. for the
Ridgeway Towers PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) Project, be approved.
Section 2. That thed opening for the Ridgeway Towers PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air
Conditioner) Project, be sch did
for April 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at Clity Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of April 2018,
for the purpose of consideri g and acting upon the Ridgeway Towers PTAC (Packaged Terminal
Air Conditioner) Project.
Section 4. That the ity Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid open' gin the Waterloo Courier.
