RESOLUTION NO. 2018-184
RESOLUTIO CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICA ONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCT N WITH THE FY 2018 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROGRAM, ONTRACT NO. 943.
WHEREAS, the Ci Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prep re and file specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Asphalt Overla Program, Contract No. 943, and
WHEREAS, said C ty Engineer did file said specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 943, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 26, 2018.
NOW, THEREFOR-E-, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that t is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said s ecifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with FY 2018
Asphalt Overlay Program, C ntract No. 943, are hereby approved.
