RESOLUTION NO. 2018-185
RESOLUTIO AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTI N WITH THE FY 2018 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROGRAM, ONTRACT NO. 943.
WHEREAS, by Re lution No. 2018-184, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2 18 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 943, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that i is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March 2018.
