STUDY TO IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AS REQUIRED BY THE NPDES PERMIT.
BE IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of the N trient Reduction study to Iowa Department of Natural Resources, as
required by the NPDES Pe it, be hereby approved and submitted.
