BE IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to th Development Agreement dated March 26, 2018, between Tim
Moyer and the City of Wa erloo, originally approved April 24, 2017, for the addition of
development grants, in ac ordance with the City 657A sale of property policy, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor an City Clerk are authorized to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
