AN ORDIN CE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMEND G THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SE TION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDME T ON A CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF 911 SOUTHLAND DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City o Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "C-P" P anned Commercial District, to allow for the construction of a 5,184
square foot commercial buil ing, located south of 2911 Southland Drive and described as follows:
SOUTHLAND PA FOURTH ADDITION TRACT C-8, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF
WATERLOO, STATE OF I WA:
That the City Clerk is hereby directed, to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk Co inty, Iowa.
