RESOLUTION NO. 2018-144
RESOLUTION APPROVING FEDERAL REGULATION
PROCUREMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR FEMA PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, regulations for procurements that are reimbursed by the federal government
have undergone major changes recently, and
WHEREAS,those regulations are now becoming effective for local governments, and
WHEREAS, those regulations have been compiled into a single document, (Federal
Regulation Procurement Requirements), for City staff to follow when working on federally
funded projects, specifically those that may be reimbursed by FEMA (the Federal Emergency
Management Agency).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Federal Regulation Procurement Requirements are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
